The Apple Watch 7 and Garmin Forerunner Are Both on Sale Right Now

The Apple Watch Series 7 and the Garmin Forerunner 255S are currently on sale, which should please both Apple and Android users alike. The 45mm Apple Watch Series 7 GPS and Cellular is currently $302.30 (originally $380.86), and the 41mm Garmin Forerunner 255S is $249.99 (originally $349.99) after a 29% discount. For reference, Woot had a limited-time deal on the Series 7 last month, where it hit $279.99, and the Garmin Forerunner 255 is seeing the same price it did on Black Friday.

Apple Watch Series 7

The Apple Watch Series 7 came out in 2021 and has the Series 8 and 9 ahead of it. But the Series 7 has one advantage over the Series 9. After a court ruled against Apple in a lawsuit over the Apple Watch’s blood oxygen feature, it removed that feature from the series 9—but the series 7 still has it.

Since this is the GPS + Cellular version, it is able to work independently from your phone, take calls, and listen to music even if you leave your phone at home. It also has a large 45mm screen with a rubber Sport Band. Garmin Forerunner 255S

The Garmin Forerunner 255S came out in the summer of 2022, geared to runners and triathletes. It has detailed fitness trackers as well as a great sleep tracker and a solid battery life of up to 12 days. With perhaps a bit too many features, the Forerunner 255S can get a bit overwhelming if you’re just looking for a simple activity tracker. However, if you play multiple sports and love having a specific tracker for just about any activity, the Forerunner 255S might be a good fit.
